How do I use my period pants?
Nothing could be simpler! Just slip on your pants when you have your period and that's it — you don't have to think about it all day. For best absorption from the first use, you can wash them once before wearing them, without oily soap and at 30 degrees maximum.
How many hours can I wear my Eve and Co pants?
We guarantee an average of 12 hours of peace of mind before you need to change your pants. Depending on your flow this can be slightly less, and if your flow is heavy we recommend the models designed for a heavy flow.
How many pairs do I need for my whole period?
It all depends on how you use them. If you want to wear them day and night, we recommend at least 4 to 5 pairs so you can wash them throughout your cycle. You can also use different styles depending on the day and the intensity of your flow, since we offer pants designed for different flow levels. Take a look at our different styles here
Can I wear the pants alongside another form of protection?
Yes of course — if your period is very heavy and you'd rather wear them alongside another form of protection, you can. We have customers who wear EVE AND CO pants with a tampon, a cup or a pad for part of the day and then use the pants alone. If it reassures you, go for it. 😋

Inner lining : Soft, breathable organic cotton for maximum comfort. (in all our styles, except the seamless period pants, which use their own absorbent technology and don't contain cotton.)

Lace (on selected styles) Adds an elegant touch while staying comfortable.

How should I wash and care for my Eve and Co pants?
To preserve the lifespan and absorbency of your period pants, here are our recommendations:
Rinse them in cold water after use until the water runs clear.
Never use oily soap (such as Marseille soap, Aleppo soap, etc.) — it sticks to the absorbent fibres and damages your pants over time.
Wash them in the machine at 30 degrees maximum, or wash them by hand.
Air-dry them — never tumble dry and never use fabric softener!
The lifespan of period pants is the same as your everyday underwear — you can count on them for several years! (up to 5–6 years). And wear doesn't affect their effectiveness in any way. You can wash your pants in a lingerie wash bag for even better results! 👍

Will I pay customs fees if I'm delivered outside the EU?
To simplify delivery and speed things up, customs fees are calculated and collected directly at checkout.
This means no additional charges will be requested on delivery. Parcels are processed faster by carriers and customs services, which avoids delays or blockages and means you receive your order quickly, with nothing to do on your end.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders in less than 24 hours. If your order hasn't yet been processed and shipped, you can ask for a change or cancellation: hello@eve-and-co.com
Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed we won't be able to make changes. 😔
How do I track my order?
We'll automatically send you a confirmation email and then one at each stage of your order: dispatch and delivery (check your spam folder).
A pre-order lets you reserve an item that is temporarily out of stock (restock in progress). Payment is taken at order. If your cart contains items in stock + on pre-order, we ship everything in one go once the whole order is available, to reduce parcels. The announced date is an estimate: you can find all the info in your order confirmation or on your tracking page.

Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind, provided that the product is unsealed, untried and in its original packaging (in short, that it can be resold). After all, period pants are a bit like a toothbrush — it's better if no one has already tried them 😉 Return shipping is at your own cost.
